Nicolas Politopoulos is Co-Founder of Dinimus Capital with over 18 years of experience across capital markets, structured finance and marketing in Australia, Europe & Asia. Nicolas was one of earliest movers into Private Debt in the Australian market following the financial crisis.
Before establishing Dinimus, Nicolas has held senior roles in Corporate Finance, and Debt Capital Markets at Citigroup, Bain & Company and worked in AMP Capital’s Institutional Sales group. His focus expertise are origination, funds management and credit assessment.
Nicolas is a committee member of AIMA’s Alternate Credit Committees (ACC) in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from University of New England

Atiya Habib
HEAD OF CREDIT
Atiya has over 20 years of experience in debt capital markets, structured finance and private equity, across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She has advised both large cap corporates and mid cap companies across capital structure.
Previously she was a Managing Director at Barclays (UK), responsible for US$4 billion international debt business across 20 markets for more than 250 clients; a voting member of the underwriting committee and capital allocation/commercial return committee at Barclays.
Prior to Barclays, Atiya headed various functions at Standard Chartered Bank. She is also the founding member and managing partner of Virtuoso Capital Group – a business advisory and private capital firm; board member of privately held companies and an education charity; and currently based in Hong Kong.

Atiya has over 20 years of experience in debt capital markets, structured finance and private equity, across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She has advised both large cap corporates and mid cap companies across capital structure.

Adam is a finance lawyer with over 17 years in structured and corporate finance as well as funds management; acting for the major Australian Banks, credit funds and other alternative financiers in relation to domestic and cross border transactions. He has been a partner of a global and a major Australian law firm.
Adam has held numerous advisory board positions for debt funds and alternate lenders and has extensive experience in relation to corporate governance and structuring, establishing and operation of managed investment schemes and other debt funds.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy major) Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Wollongong, a post graduate diploma applied Finance from Financial Services Institute of Australia and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Victoria.

Ryan has extensive credit risk, syndications and deal origination experience and was formally a senior director within the Infrastructure & Utilities business at Westpac Institutional Bank and mid-market Leverage Finance Loans & Syndications within Barclays Capital.
Ryan holds a Bachelor Business (Economics & Finance) 1st Hons from RMIT University and Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.

John Punch provides Dinimus’ clients with clear and practical solutions to various property finance requirements.
John joined Dinimus in 2014 and is a veteran of the commercial property mortgage market, contributing over 30 years of credit experience across the Australian property industry. He has held various high-level positions including Senior Manager, Corporate Banking for ANZ Bank.
Drawing on his years in the industry, John developed vast credit expertise and has broad market knowledge.
