Investment Strategy
Investment Strategy
The Fund provides direct medium‐term senior secured loans to mid‐market corporate borrowers which are registered in Australia or New Zealand or where a material part of the borrower’s business is in Australia and /or New Zealand. Selection is based on activity in the corporate credit market underpinned by the individual strength of each opportunity, whilst focusing on the diversity of borrowers, industries and asset classes. The loans are typically for 3-4 years, highly structured with comprehensive set of financial covenants, regular financial and business KPI reporting, robust security package, bank standard documentation (APLMA); and are monitored through hands on portfolio management.
